Kara Gray

Originally from Birmingham Alabama, Kara moved to the area in 2007 after getting married. Kara attended Huntingdon College on a softball scholarship where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in human performance and kinesiology. After graduation, Kara was employed as a director with a fitness facility that was later bought by the Birmingham YMCA.  

Kara began her employment with Gulf Coast State College in 2008 as a financial aid assistant.  She was hired by the Gulf State College Foundation in October 2015.  Kara’s responsibilities include processing daily receipts, assisting with the financial audit, coordinating board and committee meetings and helping with the scholarship process.
