The Gulf Coast State College Foundation was proud to host our second annual Board of Directors Retreat this past Friday, bringing our board together for a meaningful day of collaboration, and strategic planning in support of student success.
This year, we visited the Gulf Coast State College Gulf/Franklin Campus in Port St. Joe, where we enjoyed a tour of the campus and had the opportunity to hear directly from some of our students there. We were also joined by Kristal Smallwood, Gulf/Franklin Campus Director and Dr. Alexander Gile, Assistant Professor.
Building on the momentum of last year’s inaugural retreat, this year’s gathering allowed for thoughtful conversation, fresh ideas, and a renewed commitment to our mission.
A special thank you to El Weirdo, History Class Brewing Company and Sonny's BBQ for their generous raffle prize donations, which added a little bit of fun to the day!
