Ashlin Glatthar

Before moving to Bay County in the summer of 2024, Ashlin spent most of her life in North Carolina, where she built her education and career. She graduated from a small high school in the Appalachian Mountains before earning a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2011.

Ashlin’s professional journey began in marketing and sales, managing efforts for law firms and major hotel corporations. She later earned a Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) certification through a scholarship from Auburn University. Transitioning to the public sector, she served as the director of tourism for a municipality in eastern North Carolina before joining the NC League of Municipalities to lead business development initiatives. Her expertise in revenue generation and marketing strategy ultimately led her to guide the fundraising and partnership efforts of the Foundation.

Outside of work, Ashlin enjoys running marathons, teaching yoga, traveling, and spending time with her two young children.
