Memorial Scholarship Fund Established For Health Science Professor

A scholarship fund has been established for students enrolled the Respiratory Therapy Program in memory of Ms. Julia Thomas.  Ms. Julia Thomas created a lasting legacy in the Respiratory Therapy community as well as Gulf Coast State College.  Donations to this fund will assist those interested in the field of Respiratory Therapy with tuition and book costs.

The Respiratory Therapy Program is a five-semester program that prepares students to pass the board exam through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) and begin their career.  Gulf Coast State College Foundation is grateful for this fund that will benefit students in this program.
