The Gulf Coast State College Foundation recently received a $20,000 donation from the Duesenberg Foundation to establish an endowed veterinary medicine scholarship. This is the first endowed scholarship for the veterinary medicine program. The scholarship will be awarded annually to a Gulf Coast State College student majoring in veterinary medicine or biology (veterinary medicine track). Applications will be accepted each year during the Foundation's application cycle. Students majoring in Veterinary Medicine (A.A. track) or Biology (A.A. track) are invited to apply.
The endowed scholarship will be held in perpetuity and will help one student each year continue their education at Gulf Coast State College.
