Dayna Headrick

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Dayna moved to Panama City in 2018 and quickly became part of the Gulf Coast community. She earned her Associate in Arts degree from Gulf Coast State College before completing her bachelor’s degree in business administration at Florida State University Panama City. She later continued her studies at FSU PC, earning a master’s degree in corporate and public communication.

Dayna brings experience in marketing and nonprofit work through multiple internships and community-focused roles. She is committed to ongoing professional education and has pursued a variety of industry certifications to support her work in communications and advancement. Her passion for strategic communications, storytelling, and relationship-building supports the Foundation’s mission to expand access and opportunity for students.

Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, hiking, baking, and crafting!
