The Lynda Griffin Memorial Scholarship award has been established by friends and family to honor her memory. Award preference will be given to a student who is an active participant of the Gulf Coast State College Singing Commodores and has a GPA of 2.0 or higher. All applicants will be required to complete a Foundation general scholarship application in order to be considered for the award.
Ms. Lynda Griffin will be remembered for spirit of giving, always having a smile on her face and her wonderful singing voice. Ms. Griffin was someone who "never met a stranger" and believed every person has a purpose in life.
Anyone wishing to donate to this fund can donate online through Give Now or by mailing a check to the Gulf Coast State College Foundation office.
