Dunkin, a Panama City native, graduated from Gulf Coast State College (formerly Gulf Coast Community College) and Florida State University where he earned his Associate in Arts degree and Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design. Later, he graduated from the University of West Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting. He gained experience working as an auditor for the State of Florida’s Comptroller’s Office, a staff accountant for a regional accounting firm, a grant writer for a regional non-profit and as a business manager for WPGX-TV/Fox28.
Dunkin came to the Foundation in 2006 as a financial coordinator. He currently oversees the Foundation’s business and scholarship operations, which includes financial reporting, financial audits, and scholarship administration.
