COVID-19 Operations

OPERATIONS – Based on guidelines and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). World Health Organization (WHO), and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, it is possible the Gulf Coast State College Foundation may shift to online/remote operations.  Your calls and emails are still being answered during normal business hours (8AM-4PM, Monday through Friday), however there could be brief delays at times.  Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

EVENTS AND MEETINGS – All Foundation Board and Committee meetings are cancelled until further notice.

SCHOLARSHIPS – There are no changes to the 2020-2021 scholarship application cycle.

DONATIONS – If the Foundation shifts to online/remote operations, please expect some delays in the processing of donations and acknowledgements. The preferred method of donating during this time is via online. Checks sent thru USPS may experience some delays in processing. Never send cash donations via USPS.

MAIL AND PACKAGES – The Foundation uses the Gulf Coast State College postal services for sending and receiving items sent via USPS, FedEx, UPS etc. If the College elects to shut down or limit those services, sending and receiving mail or packages may be delayed.
